.dxf files not importing correctly

I got some .dxf files that were not importing at all in the clo 6.0 version and in the clo 6.2 version some of them import but half filled. Does anyone know what can be the problem?

  Hi amfiai. Would you be able to share what your settings are when you import the DXF? A screen shot would help us to see what might be happening
