See UV editor + export FBX toggle options.

See UV layout for pattern pieces and UV texture map view options in the UV editor workspace. This is a workspace & process to get your texture packing (pattern piece layout and texture orientation) sorted. So you most likely need to go through this step to ensure you have completed these tasks.

On export there is the additional option to select (toggle on) the normal and diffuse colorways. You need to go to the UV editor and make sure you have the normals baked to a texture map for that UV (UDIM) layout of your choice.

Then you can assign that correct normal map / diffuse on export > and they will be packed on FBX export.

[OPTIONAL] You can manually switch off pattern edge seam normals per Sewing line by dialing down the 3D seamline thickness from the default distance to 0.0mm. This will then show up in the UV editor normal UV texture view (see example above where I have switched off this sewing line normal for the pocket piece.

When you export ensure you have the normal map packed into the FBX datafile.

    Thank You So Much...

One more thing I want to ask is, When I import the file in 3D Paint.. It shows A single piece object.  I also try to export .fbx in multiple object file but not working.

3D paint is maybe not the right program for editing tasks - you should maybe use a more advanced software where you can texture edit with more control. eg: Free > blender.org
