Mixamo avatar error

Hi, 

I am using the newest version of CLO (6.1.414), I tried to upload CLO avatar on Mixamo but textures become black.

I've used Mixamo several times, this is first time I am facing such problem D:

I exported as below image, (I zipped textures and FBX)

 

and this is what I see .....

I tried many different ways to export but it's not working.

 

I remember in the previous version, there was Save with texture.zip button when exporting FBX.

But it has been removed in the recent version. Would it be the cause?

 

Please help and advise,

I really need to use Mixamo motion with avatar skin.

  I am facing the same problem and can´t find a solution. My mannequin also appears 80% black color/no texture.

  I tried all options on saving as .FBX, however nothing seems to work. Any advice, please?

  I understand your frustration, this is a problem specific to Mixamo and we are currently investigating the matter.

  This issue is complex and will need a bit of time to be fixed.

   As soon as a solution is available I will update you accordingly.

  Hey there,

  I tried also with CLO: 6.2.136 and I am facing the same problem using the fbx that rubyro posted. 

  I hope you could fix this problem soon.

  Sorry for the inconvenience and we do understand your situation. This issue is related to the Mixamo update and its compatibility with CLO avatar.

  We are trying our best to fix it. Hope to solve the issue in the next version.

  I am facing this same issue and just wanted to check in and see whether it had been resolved or if there are any possible alternatives to mixamo that could work? Need to make an animation for a project asap.

  hi all, the same problem still exists, avatar is exported from Clo in fbx format without textures (hair, skin, underwear etc.), avatar is uploaded like white statue..screenshot below. First - avatar in Clo, second screen - fbx export settings, and next - result in Mixamo from avatar export in fbx format...

  You get him Registred? for Drapping, the textures you can set Manuel.
