How to get loop lacing done

Hello, 

Team clo,

Greetings of the day,

How to achieve this loop lacing detail? Can you please share me any reference link or video or can guide me any other way. 

In this lacing if I am increasing the collision value by 20, the lace is still getting out from the loop on a very light stretch. Even after freezing the loop holes, I am unable to achieve it.
