How can I report a bug?
If you find some bug issue in CLO software, you can directly report to our technical support team via Contact Us.
Please follow the steps below:
- Please go to Contact Us page.
- Select "Technical support" in the INQUIRY TYPE.
- Fill in the required information accordingly.
- Elaborate on your issues such as a bug, crash, and any technical error.
- Attach the screenshot or recorded video of your issue for clarification.
- Click the "Submit" button.
Once your issue is submitted, our technical team will review it first and might solve or request more information according to the issue.

This option seem to be only available for corporate users. This really doesn't make sense as a bug with the software can only be resolved by CLO's technical team. One can not get any help from the community.
After hours of work making a pattern on CLO and saving it; It doesn't open the next day. And there is no support for that as I am a "freelance" user....

Hi, I have just tried messaging directly. The page request "proof of enrolment" before one can send a query. I'm supposed to drag and drop a file there. I have no idea what that is. any help?

Do you have an Individual license or a student license? You also must be logged in to the website (using your normal clo login) to use this feature

Hi,
Thank you for getting back to me. I have an individual licence & I am logged in. I am able to fill the form with my query. But at the bottom, it requests that "proof" and the button to submit query is disabled until I provide that document in the drop file space.

Hi kitoko . That space is the area for dropping your file. Sorry for the confusion. We will look into updating the wording.
In order for the Submit button to be clickable all the above files MUST be filled out. Make sure everything including the Country, Inquiry, Subject, etc....
Once everything is filled out the button will turn blue and you can submit
