Can't open CLO 6.1

I sined up in CLO like student today and downloaded version for individuals, but after instalation I coudn't open program, becouse it said that I wrote invalid information. I can't understand, becouse I changed id and password few times. What's wrong? Or if I must have a license, how  will I can get it?

  I hope you are well and sorry for the inconvenience. 

  "Invalid Information", usually indicates that the login user name and password do not match the one you signed up to CLO with. CLO login is very case sensitive so please ensure there are no extra spaces or upper cases when typing in.

  Also, please check you have downloaded the correct version of CLO for Individual users

  the same happens to me and I dont know how to solve it :( the version that i downloaded is right and yet i can’t open the software.

  Hi bcrafts. Did you make sure that user name and password are correct and upper/lower case letters are good?
