    I hope you are well.

    There are a few ways we may be able to recover the missing Assets. I am posting three different methods below. Please let me know if any of this help.

    1) Select the Download Button (LEFT) in your library. It will make sure all of your assets are up to date

    2) Select the Reset Button (RIGHT). This should reset your Library to CLO preset favourites

    3) Next option is that you may have deleted the shortcut, but the files should still be on your computer. When you are in your Library R-Click on one of the folders e.g Avatars and select "Copy the Path". Then go into your computers File Explorer, paste the path and see if the files you need are there or not.

    Hi! I have tried all of them. I have tried copying the path on my computer and it is not there. I might have deleted it? How can I retrieve them? Thank you!

    There could be two main reasons.

    If you have ever download CLO prior and have 2 different versions, there could be issues where your computer administrator is reading/confusing the two files paths for CLOs assets. Alternatively, your administrator is restricting CLO.

    For Windows, administrative access to the path C:\Users\Public\Documents is required. Follow the screenshot steps below

     

     

     

     

    For Mac, please refer to the screenshot below to grant Full Disk Access to the CLO software.

    I would suggest you check your administration access and ensure CLO is fully enabled, then uninstall all versions of CLO and reinstall CLO.
