Delete avatar but not shoes for rendering
How to render the image of a garment without the avatar and with shoes?

You could change the opacity of the avatar in order to keep the shoes intact:
Try to select the parts of the avatar to change the opacity in the 3D window and get the opacity to 0 in the property editor.
