I can't see all the options in the screen

In the animation section I can't see the others options like "start frame" or "finish frame" for render only a part of the animation, and I don't have a slide bar option. I tried changed the User Interface-Resolution but it didn't work.

  The resolution of your screen itself might be the issue, what are the dimensions? Could you set it higher?
