Library is missing.

When I open CLO, the library has disappeared. I still have access to the History and Modular Library, however, the Library tab along with all contents and option to update is gone. I have uninstalled reinstalled CLO.

  Is the new libary window hidden somewhere, maybe a second screen? If you can't see it, click on this icon in the upper right to get it back:
