Library not available
Hi there,
I've been trying to reach your team for almost a week now and have received no response back.
I'm experiencing difficulties with opening the Clo3d library. When I log in there;s a pop up I keep getting which says that there was a misuse detected. Please note that I'm an individual using the software as a hobby, potentially for freelance projects in the future. However, right now it's just me. Please look into this and let me know what documents or proof you would need for me to submit so you can activate the account as well.
I'm paying for a monthly subscription, but haven't been able to use the software for 6 days now. I've tried reaching out everywhere and have yet to receive a response. One of the tickets even claims that the issue has been resoled when in fact it hasn't.
Please note that as an individual spending 50$ is a lot for me, especially when I'm not able to use this for 6 days now. Please provide asap a solution to this, otherwise I'll be forced to cancel the subscription and go on with another software while reporting the transaction as fraudulent.
