    Hi carol81,

    You can download the latest graphic card driver if you haven't done this already here.

    After updating the graphics card driver, make sure in the graphics card settings that you have screen shotted that the GeForce is applied to CLO.

    The driver is up to date , GeForce is applied to Clo however the software is still not picking up the graphic card ... 

    Would you have any additional suggestions? Is the software's performance being affected if the graphic card is not recognized by the software?

    I would recommend then to uninstall and reinstall CLO!

    Please attach your video cable (dvi, hdmi, dp, etc.) to the graphics card, not to the Intel GPU (see screenshot below):
