I can't click Download after I agree to download the trial version.

What's the problem?

  I can't download the trial version and I've been trying multiples of times but once the download is close to finish to finishing up then it say failed-forbidden...which is coming from the Clo3d website. What can be done to fix this? thanks.

  Hi mercy117 out team is currently looking into this. May I ask what typo of OS (pc/mac) you are using? Which Internet Browser did you try to download from (chrome, internet explorer, etc...)? What country are you currently located in?

  я не могу правильно установить на ноутбук 13-дюймовую пробную версию CLO,  браузер Chrome

  огромные значки, в командной строке нет папки Settinng  и 

  дальше всех остальных

  Hi zoeraytuckey. CLO currently is not available for ipads. But will work on your mac computers We hope this helps

  Hi lanabelkin. If you are looking to purchase a CLO individual license you can you can go HERE on our website. Just create an account and sign up for an Individual account. Once you have done that you can download and Install CLO to your computer. Happy CLOing!

  I have an account and trying to download the trial version, but as soon as the download is close to complete, it stops and says it's forbidden. My computer is a MAC

  Are you receiving a specific error message? If so please add a screenshot. The above mentioned is just for you to allow permission on your computer
