adding a 3D file from sketchfab into my 3D window need help

hello community , to make the presentation more interesting i would like to put a car in the background : 

 

the car has the file extension fbx,gITF or USDZ.( see foto in att.) 

 

i imported the fbx but the car decomposed into the a black and grey funny image. 

 

can anybody help and advise how to bring those predesigned 3D models into Clo 3D? would be great -

  i added the image of what happens when i import the fbx file into the empty page---------------

  You have to re-apply the textures after importing into CLO. Try it as a OBJ also. It will depend on how the textures are mapped on the original object in order to be able to do it in CLO.

  I tried fbx and got the same result. I resave it in obj and it works

  hello Vad,

  thanks for the comment, 

  would be great to know if i first open as usual as fbx and then export as obj? 

  or do i save as obj ..... ? 

  or do i rename the file extension from fbx into obj.... 

   

  still the car is black ? can you maybe help again in this porcedure ? thanks
