    Hi there, thank you for getting back to me but that was not the issue. I am aware of the privacy setting issues with Clo. I basically had to de-install three times and reinstall before it started to run. It runs now. Thank you.

    I am also having the same issue after updating it today.It was working before the update, but now it's telling me the program can't be opened

    i am having the same problem!!! I unistaled the software and now i cant install again.... my is windows.... i am trying contact with the support and i need urgent a solution... i am in a middle of a project to delivery today!!

    Hi giovannathereza. Please make sur the program has properly uninstalled. Directions for PC HERE before reinstalling. If that has already been done please contact us here

    Unfortunately this is a constant issue when an update becomes available. Just installed the updates based on your recommendation and application won't open again. It has nothing to do with permissions on MAC. I have to go back to your website and download a whole new installation in order for it to work again. and now with the new update even that doesn't work properly. It is very time consuming.

    Hi there, have you changed anything in the new 6.1 setup? Even when authorized by my Apple it still won't open. Since over an hour I am trying to install and open, have tried it multiple times. Now it won't even open the older version.

    This is STILL i problem. It's just happened to me and thats 2 years after the first comment. Very frustrating.

    Are you on a PC or a mac? If it is a Mac you may need to give permission. You can find info HERE about this.

    If that is not the issue have you check your computer specs against recommend specs HERE or are you receiving a specific error?
