SIMULATION PROBLEMS WITH THICKNESS

Hello everyone,

I'm having problems with the simulation with a piece of fabric that is thick.

I want to apply a patch on a beanie:

this is how it looks without thickness:

i think the normals are facing to the right direction and the sewings are correct

But when i simulate the patch goes inside instead of leaning on the surface:

Someone know why this happen?

Where am i doing wrong?

  Mattia, you could right click on the badge and select Superimpose Over. As you say, the folded part of the beanie is facing outwards so superimposing over should work.
