Alembic export results in messed up UVs

I'm trying to export alembic animation to UE4. Works great but materials are not assigned properly.
I tried exporting OBJ (works perfectly) and assign it's materials to alembic asset. The problem here is that alembic has 10 slots and obj has 13. Shoes and eyes are separate in alembic and one in obj. But even the slots that should match give weird results.
I assume UVs are off.
I'm testing a default male garment. Here are my export parameters.
