Seams don't touch - Bug?

I am using the new version of Clo6 Beta so I'm not sure if it's a bug or I did something wrong. So i have been working on a pair of jeans and everything was fine but the waistline seams don't touch with the rest of the trousers once I have started working on topstitches. I have also tried going back in 'history' before I did the topstitches, but it doesn't change anything. The program shows the seams, but it's like it doesn;t sew them anymore. I have also tried additional thickness, but still nothing.

  Can you check if you are using the Thick Textured View?
