Toggle follow Camera / Run in place

Hi. I am trying to do some animations of my avatar running. But the motion I have downloaded from Mixamo.com, keeps running out of the picture. I need some way to either lock the camera on him running, or making the avatar run in the same place. Is there a way to do one of these?

  Rasmus, there are some animations in Mixamo that do not translate. I believe one is called treadmill. Check it out.
