Program Crash - Avatar Tape + Computer Specifications

Hi! I have two questions.

1. I am having trouble drawing Avatar tape. I am working on the Quick Start -> Check Fit -> Avatar Tape Lesson and my system keeps crashing. I did not have any freezing or crashing issues before this lesson. 

2. DO I have the appropriate computer specifications? I'm not quite sure how to check my graphics card requirements or if I should update somehow? Can I better optimize my performance?

  I can't tell you what is causing your computer to crash, but I can tell you that this is a home computer. The graphics chip is integrated in the motherboard so not much you can do about it. I will suggest you move into something in the professional grade level, preferably a desktop computer with a CPU with at least 3.0 GHz clock and 4 or more cores. Also having a separate GPU card will make a great difference for rendering your designs.
