Security to Restrict Rename/Delete Folders

CLO has a default folder structure present on the top left side of the system which the user can rename or delete that at any time.

Is there any security which can be applied in order to restrict the user from renaming or deleting the folder.

  Unfortunately, we do not have an option that can restrict a user from renaming or deleting a folder yet.
