how could I set in avatar editor or somewhere else the head size / circumference

  Hello czar666, thanks for your inquiry! There is currently not a way to change the head size of the avatar, and it is the same size on all CLO avatars.

  Is it possible to obtain the head measurements, even though they are not editable?

  @shama

  Try this method. Export your avatar in obj format. without hair. Then import this file. You will have the opportunity to scale. Take measurements of the head and the scale you need.
