Please help me!!

I'm making a twisted loop dress in jersey however the twisted loop was separated when I simulated for finalized main before I put a lining. I follow all information about particle distance and collision thickness but it didn't work. I also made the main garment in cotton voile up to the picture attached because it didn't work in jersey at all even I couldn't even make a loop in jersey.

Please let me know how to finish those style garments in jersey.
