Files are not showing on my library

I am new to CLO and I am in the beginning stages. I am trying to bring files from my laptop into CLO and they are not appearing at all. I clicked on the "add" option in the library and the window popped up showing files but none of my CLO-SET and basic training files appeared. I downloaded the practice files from the link on CLO's youtube tutorials, and it appears in my files. As soon as I open my same file box to add to my library, none of them appear. I am having a hard time and I really want to progress with the program. Please guide me in the right direction because it is frustrating! Thank you for the help..

  Hi proberts309,

  The plus icon for linking folders in the library will not show files in the window that pops up, because it's only there for linking folders. After the folder has been linked, upon double-clicking on it in the library, files will be displayed here:

  

  Single files, depending on type, can be opened directly via the main menu: File --> Open, File --> Add, and File --> Import. You can also drag and drop files from the Windows Explorer / Mac Finder into the 3D window.
