Simulation Quality Button Animation

I have been trying to use the animation module and the simulation won't work properly because the only options for "simulation quality" are animation, normal and custom -- I am missing "complete" does anyone know what that's about and how to fix it?

  Hi, Soi noticed that if you click the Open button in the simulation properties  / Property editor you get to open a script. one is called complete! the strange this is, this is actually the Animation (Stable) Preset!.... so I also don't really understand how to fix this
