Seam line not showing up on internal line // Troubleshoot

Hi All,

For some strange reason, there are 3 internal lines (close up provided) that decided not to turn into a seamline when I need it to. This is suppose to be a puffer jacket. Does anyone know why and how to make it into a seamline? I checked and it is connecting to the end of another seamline/edge all the way through, just like all the others, so I am confused. Screenshots attached below. Would appreciate a speedy response as I have deadlines, thanks so much.

  Try stitching manually. Perhaps this is a bug due to a large number of lines and the clo failed.
