  Hi pial. Depends on what you plan to do with CLO. For simulation only, then a good CPU with high clock speeds and decent amount of cores (>=4) you should be fine. If you want to render, you will suffer when trying to do it only on a slow CPU.

  If you were to have a many cores high speed CPU, you can render fine without a dedicated GPU card.
