Issues with Sherpa in 5.1

I'm having issues rendering out Sherpa in 5.1---in the interactive render it appears as image below and never actually renders out. Is it something in my settings I do not have selected properly?

  Hello again Kwoehr. Can you share the fur properties? Also, have you tried rendering in full and rendering in CLO-SET. See those two to check if it works.

  Hello Pablo--Thank you for always helping out with my questions! The fur is the new Sherpa 165gsm preset.  I have not tried rendering it out in full or rendering via Clo-set--but I will try that and get back to you. Is it normal for fur to look like this in interactive render though?

  I'm not completely sure if this is how the interactive will look. Let us know how the full render worked out.
