If you are sure that the Add'l collision is low (maybe 0.1 or 0.2) check two things:

    1. Does any one of the pieces have Pressure beyond or below zero?

    2. Is the Sewing Line Type Turned?

Ah, there was some pressure on the pattern pieces! I overlooked that. Thank you so much for your help Pablo, it worked out now!! :)

Hi there. I sewed a lot of jackets in the clo and nothing exploded. So I don’t know a specific solution. Try to exclude the collar from the simulation and simulate without it, then the problem will show itself. Maybe this collar creates tension.

In order to know how to fix fit problems on a blazer, it is advisable to have experience working with a specific client in the studio. Not with computer patterns, with living people, with real fabrics.

Obviously the problem is in this seam. You need to pull the collar along the line of percogne, perhaps you need to strengthen the lapel

Yes, deactivate Pattern and Sewing is also good to know for collar simulation. But in my case the problem really was the pressure on the pattern piece.

I think when to be able to make a proper fitting blazer, other projects will be easier in CLO. So definitely I will come back with some blazer questions to you ;-)
