I am trying to layer the skirt over the top, and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I tried it with the top frozen, with the top activated, setting the facing pieces of the top to flip normal, etc. Before I activate the top it looks okay, but right after I do it looks like the image below and gets only worse. Any ideas about what I could be doing wrong?
