Fabric Edge Thickness

Hey,

I've created this garment with a fabric thickness around 4 and hem fabric being 4.5. Reason for them being so high to make it look like a fabric. If I keep it around 1 fabric feels like a paper.

But the problem with 4 thickness is that edges of the fabric are not round enough. If someone could help out with by making the edges more round. (Curved side geometry is on and at 100%)

  Hi pranavlodha, in the picture you can see 3 different setup for your pourpouse.
  It seems to me that the orange is the best of the three.
  What do you think?

  I seem to have miscommunicated. 
  I've set the Render Thickness at 4. 
  I don't know how set fabric thickness. Could you help out there?
  So that I achieve the Orange fabric

  Sorry, I misunderstood indeed.
  When you select an object ( fabrics, button, topsthich etc..) in the object browser panel, the relative property panel will open.
  Below you can see the one relative to the fabric.
