  I think this topic can stir a lot of discussion related to the ethics of intellectual property.

  I wouldn't know where to start. Balancism, every time you give money to people that steal IP you help maintain the piracy, thievery and trafficking wheels turning. It doesn't matter if it was for trying and you already uninstalled the software. Your money already fulfilled its purpose as an incentive.
