Hi ekgus. What I'd consider is if I will be doing more rendering or simulating of complicated low-particle-distance (5.0 or less) pieces in CLO.

Both are excellent machines. Both CPUs have the same number of cores, although the 9750 is 2.6 GHz and vs. 2.2 GHz on the 8750. In the GPU department, the 2060 is somewhat faster thatn the 1660, and it's a newer model.

For rendering intensive jobs, get the RTX 2060. It will still use CPU, but mostly will use the GPU for rendering. If you are doing more intensive complicated simulation of the garments, then I'd suggest CPU 9750. You can simulate with GPU which is super fast (I do it all the time) but still has some issues with fabrics that are too close together.

Bottomline, you can't go terribly wrong with one or the other. Maybe cost can be the deciding factor, or even other specs, like screen size, etc.

    P

    2060 had RTX.
1660 has rtx support? I think that Clo has not yet had the support of RTX. But other applications already has. I would choose 2060.
No, not like that, I would collect more money and buy 2080. for example, asus rog
