    Hi Nancy. As far as I understand, the color only shows in your 2D view. When you are simulating and then rendering, none of that should appear.

    Hello! I want to have a outside tape is it possible to change color in the tape and put it outside the garment?

    Hi Fredrik. You can sure do that, but not with the seam taping tool. That is a tool for adding hardness to seams to avoid draping or too much bending.

    If you want to have a tape like a binding or something similar you should create a piece that has the width of your tape and stitch it on top. Depending on where you'd like to use it, there are several ways to tackle it. Can you share with us a bit more info an maybe some images?

    This is what I mean with seam tape. Normally used inside to make Rainjackets waterproof but its also fine to put it outside.:)

    For that you could create the internal lines and then Cut & Sew the internal lines so the strips are added to the fabric instead of sewn on top. It depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

    Yes, totally possible. In that case you need to use the internal lines as your stitching lines and then sew the strips on top. Make sure the seam angle is Turned.
