Use better jpg so that there are no problems with transparency. For BW textures for roughness, the color depth should be 8 bits. If there are 16 Clo will report an error. Try different formats yourself and draw conclusions. Texture size do not exceed 2k. This is the optimal resolution if you do not have closeup. It is possible 4k and 8k but this will not give a special increase in quality, but it will load the system.

@vadsura I tried but I have couple questions.. looks like my interface is different then yours. Like I don't have scale neither color 1 color 2 so I changed the values like this.. would it look ok to use it? and where we adjust the texture size? and which one shows the color depth that if it is 8 bits or 16? Thanks!!

Different materials will have a different management interface. All you need is what you have.
Go sequentially from top to bottom.
1 Resolution 2k (you have 512 now)
2. color selection
3 switch on diffuse and normal.Begin by exporting only diffuse and normal. This is in the export.
The roughness setting can be adjusted in a clo.0
