CLO keeps crashing on my iMac as it's launching. Pls help!

    Hi weiyingkao ,

    Would you please reset NVRAM and then reset SMC following the manual below?

    Thank you for your feedback!

    I've tried both reset methods you recommended. CLO opens up successfully about 50% of the time, but in the last couple of days, I can't successfully open it anymore. Do you know what else I can do? Is it possible that my computer needs an upgrade? Thank you!

    Hope you had a lovely Christmas and thanks for getting back to me!

    It is so strange... A couple of Mac Mojave users have reported the same symptom as yours at the moment.

    Our QA team is testing on a config IMac to figure out the problem but it seems quite difficult :(

    Will let you know when there is any progress!

    In the meantime, would you be able to update your OSX to the latest version, 10.14.2?

    We could not guarantee it could solve the problem but it would worth trying!

    I'm having the same problem. I have updated my mac to the lates OSX version 10.14.2 and for a couple of days it was working 70%. Today I have not been able to launch the program at all, tried so many times. This is so frustrating when you are on a deadline. Is there anything else that is possible to do?

    Hey everyone,

    I am having the exact same issue, I open CLO and it shuts as soon as it has loaded and gives me the error. I have not brought this yet and have yet to be able to use it 2 dis into my trial! i upgraded my OS and am running Mojave 10.14.3 and still nothing, I have also cleared my cache and reset pram etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled too but still nothing.  Any suggestions?

    Hey everyone,

    I am having the exact same issue, I open CLO and it shuts as soon as it has loaded and gives me the error as shown in that picture above. I have brought the license, and I have Mojave 10.14.6 in my Mac, And I have also cleared my cache and reset pram etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled too but still nothing.  Any suggestions?
