Resized Avatar Issues

Comments

  • nati

    I am having exactly the same problem..I also had to customize the height of my avatars because the Clo avatars are way to tall for an average male and female. I was super excited when I finish customizing my avatars and so disappointed when I couldn't change the pose or animate :(

    Please help us :)

    Try this option, maybe this will help.

    The same when you change a pose.

    Thank you so much for your reply @vadsura but it still has the same issues even with that option. :(

    @lourieclo & nati, may I know which version of CLO you are using? It works perfectly in ver4.2.224

    Hi Erica, thank you for your reply. I also have 4.2.224.

    Here are some of my screenshots. As you can see the feet and hands get distorted as well and the pose motion does not come to completion..it stops midway.

    Is there a way I can send you the actual file?

    I really appreciate any help on this. Thank you

    @lourieclo & nati,

    This seems quite strange. Let me have our Technical Support Team look into this. Please hang tight!

    Hi guys!

    Would you please try to right-click on an avatar and click Retarget Motion??

    Retarget Motion feature keeps the avatar size customized, please try out and let me know if you still have the problem!

    Best,

    Lea.
