    If you leave only those palettes in the Pallet folder that is the default, does your colorway work? Try to remove additional palettes from the folder and check the efficiency of the colorway.

    There may be a problem in the format of the palette file. Older or newer format.

    Personally, I have an additional palette.And I have an additional palette working.

    Try installing the current version of the video driver. Update the Windows.

    Try to do so.
    Remove all third-party folders from the palette. Leave only the default and custom.
    Add a palette, try opening the color selection window, and then save it as a folder with palettes.

    Hi again @dorelle22,

    This is a crash caused by a memory problem due to a lot of colors in a color palette.
    The reason why the program did not work normally after the crash is that there is still a lot of data in the palette. There are 19 files in the list you attached. In this case, you need to delete the registry or move the files for using a color palette properly. There is not an exact limitation of the number of colors and it depends on each PC specification.

    I've delivered it as a request to increase a memory of the color palette to our UX team, so they will collect and develop it in the future versions.

    Sorry for your trouble and thanks for letting us know!

    Best, Lea.

    @lea and @vadsura

    I had to first create my custom color palette in photoshop with only 30 colors. this works reasonably. the issue was trying to make this program work as robustly as an Adobe program. I think users expect this. See my post about rendering.
