FREE TRIAL file won't open on MAC
I tried to download free trial on my iMAC but the file could not open.

@babybuttqin, Did you receive any error message when you can't launch the program?
By the free trial file, do you mean the installer or the actual program? Have you installed the program successfully?
Also, may we know your computer specification including GPU?

my mac after adjustment on security preference is able to open the app but when i sign in it said subscription not found.
what do I do to use the trial

Hi my name is Arvin, I am a student at a fashion school. we are already using clo 3d. however whenever i am using the school account it is always lagging and i get stuck and it won't allow me to go further and finish my work. So, now I decided to sign up and try the free trial and downloaded the program but my computer blocks it.
