Transform Fabric of Piping

I can't seem to edit the fabric of Piping, I have attached the image

As you can see Piping looks bad I want it similar to the flow of print on the  T Shirt

  Hi! You can transform fabric texture applied to the Piping by using Edit Texture tool.

  Hi Erica, 
  I tried with that tool, It didn't work.
  I click on the pipings after selecting the tool but nothing happens.

  You would need to click on the piping with the tool mentioned above. Do you not see the gizmo on the right top corner? Also, are you in the Simulation Mode?
