2D graphic rendering problems

Hi all.

I use the PNG format with a transparent background for importing 2D graphics. (embroidery)
In the 3d window the display is normal, but the renderer shows a white polygon.
Maybe I need additional render settings or other file format settings to import as 2D graphics?
Prompt please.

  Sorry, the problem is solved. It was a problem with the embird program. Apparently the old file format.

  Hello,
