Hey!Guys,I'd like to share the method to get a realistic elastic band bow-knot!

1. Make the bow-knot with separate paterns, you can add pins when you want.
   
   
   
2. Lower the particle distance.Simulate then freeze all patterns.

3. Create the knot pattern and make it.

4. Copy the knot pattern and merge it with the original one,then make the sewing line.
   
   
   

5. Lower the shrinkage, unfreeze, delete the pins and simulate.
