Can CLO 4.0 be installed on Windows Server 2012 R2

We tried to installed same on Window server 2012 R2 Std edition in order to virtualise and optimise resources.

But we kept on getting error msg as follows: The program cant start because API-MS--win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this.

We already reinstalled same but still same error msg.

  Hi! 

  First of all, please check out our Suggested Specification for CLO and be noted that using Window Server 2012 R2 is not recommended as it may decrease the software's performance. Also, CLO is not supported on virtualised OS.

  If you still want to try out our program with Window Server 2012 R2, I suggest you to update your OS and try reinstalling the program.
