    Hi There. Going from an older version of CLO to 2024 should not cause this. But we need more information to assist

    Are there any pop up alerts? Did you check to make sure the file has not become corrupted? Have you checked the file size, and made sure that it does not say 0?

    Also, as a SCAD student you may want to reach out directly to your CLO instructor for help
