Program Crashing on Me

Every time I try to upload a FBX or OBJ file into Clo is crashes on me.

  My Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz   3.19 GHz

  Ram:16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

  64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

  Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6B 1TB of overall storage with 553 GB of free space.
