Login won't accept "CloID" for trial
I'm cant log into the OnlineAuth app. It asks me for a "CloID" but I never manually set that. Instead, for an ID, I got an automatically generated string of random numbers and letters (should appear as the user name of this post). But using that to log into the OnlineAuth app, I get an invalid login message.
I tried the email but that's impossible due to the punctuation symbol which is not allowed in the ID field.
I tried the email without the domain which is what the confimation mail addressed me as, no luck.
I can't get into the account but the trial is already running and I don't want to lose too many days if it can be avoided

Sure, but that's for loggin into the website, right? I'm talking about logging into the OnlineAuth app.
Speaking of which, it randomly decited to work this morning. Leaving everything untouched, it just somehow accepted the login data now.For anyone else with this problem, I reset all passwords (there are two passwords you can reset in your account settings) and used the random character string as the login ID
