Questions on M:N free sewing on 3D, when adding pattern symbols
Hi,
I'm currently practice basic tools how to use Clo3d, and I have a couple of questions below.
1. On 3D screen, I wanted to apply M:N free sewing, but double click doesn't work. Is it just an issue from my side or error from this version? FYI, I'm using the most up to date version.
2. I'd like to add pattern symbol on both front & back body. I can apply it on the front body correctly, but on the back body, I don't have control where to put the symbol and automatically added on the LSP. Could you please advise how I can avoid this? Thanks,

1. After double-clicking, are you hitting enter on your keyboard? Then you can move onto the next part of the seamline.
2. I cannot replicate this and also haven't seen it happening before - could you share this pattern with us? If you do not want to share it publically, please open a ticket here: https://clo3d.com/en/support/contactus

Hi,
Thanks for your quick answers.
1. I was going to hitting enter on my keyboard. However, even for double-clicking doesn't work, so I couldn't go further steps.. It sometimes works triple-clicking, but I don't think this was the proper way..
2. I will share my DXF via the link you provide me.
Thanks,

I just managed to replicate the second issue by pulling a selection marquee over the entire pattern piece with the pattern symbol tool. But as it's working for you on the first pattern piece, I am assuming you only clicked on one part of the outline?
For the first issue, could you please share whether your computer fits the specs outlined here: https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000307168-CLO-system-requirements-March-2024 (It is a rare case where sewing in 3D is necessary. It should not be a concern as long as it is working in 2D.)

For1.This is my current spec, and I previously got confirmation from CLO3D team my spec meet the minimum requirement.
For 2. Yes, I only clicked one part of pattern, but I'm still having the same issue. I just sent DXF via ticket, please let me know if my DXF is the issue.

It is working fine for me:
I will investigate how to go about this case and get back to you.

Please record a video of the error occurring in question 2. We cannot replicate it unless a marquee box is pulled over the entire pattern piece (tool working as intended).
