    Hi foxy_x,

This problem seems to be caused by not being able to access the CLO server due to security solutions such as anti-virus or firewalls.
If it is a firewall issue, you can whitelist the CLO authentication server IP and domain listed in the manual below in the firewall settings. In particular, adding the CLO-SET domain will solve the problem. https://support.clo3d.com/hc/en-us/articles/4422839218713-Corporate-Firewall-Setup-and-Whitelisting-CLO-Endpoints

CLO Designers hello, thank you, however there is no firewall beyond built-in windows firewall, and it does not block outgoing traffic. I am not using any enterprise firewall and never had problems with outgoing traffic. Should I best submit a support ticket? It would be great to have a test case that I can run (nslookup / connectivity test)

    thank you
