My Login credentials are not working

I downloaded and subscribed for the fre trial and my login information isn't working for me to log in and use the software. Please help me resolve this issue.

  The system is showing a successful login some hours ago. If the issue persists regardless, please post a screenshot of the error message you are receiving here so we can figure out what is wrong.
