Thank you for posting. CLO is not an avatar creation software. CLO does come with several avatars which are located in the CLO library Avatar folder. If you currently do not see avatars in the folder and see blue dots that means you have undownloaded assets. You can click the download button to download any missing assets. Adding a photo below for reference.
The CLO avatars can also then have ASTM sizes applied or you can use the Avatar editor to create a custom sized avatar.
But if you are looking to create completely custom avatars we recommend using a program called DAZ.
